Comment is not reflective of Jeremy -- he was very helpful. The repair was very fast -- thank you. Unfortunately, you installed the Hatch pull handle backwards, so it was hard to close the hatch. Per helpful advice from Jeremy, I pried out the handle and reinstalled it correctly. No other concerns -- I appreciate the work that you do.
