From the beginning Jeremy was so calm cool and collected. I had a bad experience 5 years ago at a Mazda dealer in Southern California and haven’t been to a dealer since. I did have to get some recalls done so I had to take the plunge and get it over with I thought. As soon as Jeremy greeted me, he was incredibly my warm and approachable and made me feel like I was taken care of. He didn’t even hesitate to get me a loaner car or answer my questions. The whole process was explained upfront and going through the process it was incredible swift and exactly how he explained it to be! He is an asset and I will be getting all my work done here because I feel like your team has Mazda owners’ hearts in mind! THANK YOU SO MUCH!
