I have always had an amazing experience at your service center. I took my last Mazda here and actually leased our current Mazda because everyone has always gone above and beyond. Unfortunately this time was not that experience. I pulled in and walked in the office, walked in and nothing. Some of the other guys were busy, but the guy at front desk needed a minute to look up from his phone. Asked my phone number, asked for the key and told me it should be done in around 2 hrs or I pick up by 5:30. I told him I was waiting around for it and he said around 2 hrs. Didn’t tell me what I was there for and what is done at this service. Apparently he needed to get back to his phone. Ever single time I have been in the guy usually goes over what mile maintenance and what they will do. They also have always introduced themselves and shook my hand. He just wanted me out ASAP. I walk around for about an hour and a half and came back went into the office and told the guy I was going to wait in the waiting room and says ok, just go through the doors behind me. His co worker who I have worked with a few times said oh I will show you. Opened the door, told me help my self to the coffee and showed me where it was. I wait for about 30 minutes or so and I get a text that my car is done. I’m in the next room. He clearly didn’t want to get off his **** and come tell me. Every single time they have have come and got me. If I was not waiting at the office I got a phone call. I got into the office he’s getting my paperwork together and super fast goes through what was done and stapling things together. I ask him well how were the breaks. We drive a lot in SF and I know we can go through breaks faster. He said oh, yea you need to get your back breaks and rotors replaced. They are below 3. Then I ask how are the tires. He said they are good. Almost kind of annoyed that I’m asking. But again every other time I have been in they go over everything. Top it off he says your car is up front. Nope, was not my car. I go in tell him not my car. I go out and wait again because I’m annoyed now. A guy drives up in another car and asks if it my car and nope. Not my car. Then they bring up the car and the guy was chuckling like it was funny. Not funny. Then I get key and there is a key on it that is not mine. I ask are you sure this is my key? He was acting like I was stupid. They brought out 2 wrong cars.... I give him the random key on my fob. Just super unprofessional. I’m a Manager and if someone left feeling this pissed I would want to know.

Jeremy is very professional. When I brought my car to the shop, he was the one that came out to take care of my need. He asked me to step into the office first and wait for him. I was surprised to see at least four gentlemen sitting in the office doing nothing but their cell phone . They didn’t even greet customer and show an interest to help.

Sidino S Tocci was the best. He's was quick to identify any problem with my vehicle and was extremely kind and thoughtful throughout the process. I don't remember any of employees working at my past service centers, but I will definitely remember Sidino from now. I will be coming back to Putnam Mazda Service center exclusively, because of him.
