The work is incomplete. The car was in the shop for 30 hours for a one hour job. No response to my question the day before the appointment how long it would take. Keeping the car overnight for a simple fix is nonsense. Putnam Mazda work is never right the first time and I’m running out of patience and time to return two or three times for each job. It’s expensive and time consuming and tiring to return over and over because of zero oversight or quality checks.
