Sidino was amazingly helpful with my issue. He took over my case when it was found that it was a bigger issue than initially suspected. He expedited getting the new engine delivered as well as changing it out once it arrived. Once he knew it would be a little while until I got my car back, Sidino wanted to make sure that I would not be impacted and offered to exchange the loaner car so that I had a similar car. He also took care to keep me updated on the repairs and timing of when I would get my car back. I really appreciated his service.
Reynaldo the rep was great, very courteous and provided full info. Unfortunately the part that was ordered for me, was given to someone else. I made this appt after receiving email that the part was in stock. Reynaldo promised to keep track of my job and will call me when part is in. hopefully less than the prior 2 month wait. This was second time for the same job, I show up for my appt, and service center does not have the part in stock.

After the maintenance, I drove a few miles away then my tire pressure light is on, which is very annoying.
