From my initial car drop off to pick up, Sidino was professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. He explained the steps of what entails the inspection and testing, he gave me an accurate estimate of the time frame required, and when I forgot to request the car wash until the car was ready, he was able to have it washed for me right away! Definitely went above and beyond. I also had additional questions about updating the firmware of the Connect system in the car, and he was able to answer them in a way that I could understand. I really do appreciate the excellent service at Putname Mazda. I didn't expect it, but it made the experience really pleasant! I hope I can work with Sidino again the next time I come in for service.
Sidino explained everything that needed to be fixed and why. He let us know it was all covered under the warranty. Excellence service.

Jeremy was very friendly an attentive, explained options of an oil/filter change vs the 95k checkup (I did the latter). Contacted me by phone when my vehicle was done, which was when he indicated it would be.
Mark greatest me right away took my information down on the reason I was there .He gave me an estimated time that the work would be finished. Prior to that time I received a text as well as Mark found me where I was getting ready to head his way and signed paperwork off to show me where my vehicle was and done all of it perfect!!
