They were able to help me as soon as I pulled up. They had my car ready at the promised time. The only problem was I had forgotten to ask about a problem I had with getting my text messages on the screen and the service person was not able to figure it out and said I would have to bring it back to look at. I already come thru commute traffic to get there so I will just have to figure it out. It was partially my fault because I forgot to mention it until I came to pick the car up.

Mark was a wonderful service person. He understood the problem and was friendly and helpful. He even went above and beyond figuring out that Mazda would repair this with no cost other than a warranty fee. Saved me quite a bit of money! I would definitely try to deal with Mark again.

I took my car for oil change they did some inspections and they told me the drive belt needed to be change but they said i could drive it that it was ok i left mazda and it was making a loud noise I thought cuz it was checked i drove the car today and that noise its still there and when i told the girl her answer was well if they told u that u need to change belt maybe that’s the noise. Whe i took the car in it wasn’t making any noise the manager hasnt called me now im just waiting for mark to call me also i give a ride to my friend to work she is pregnant and i also work with kids if i get into an accident mazda will be responsible
