Great Service and team work
They were able to help me as soon as I pulled up. They had my car ready at the promised time. The only problem was I had forgotten to ask about a problem I had with getting my text messages on the screen and the service person was not able to figure it out and said I would have to bring it back to look at. I already come thru commute traffic to get there so I will just have to figure it out. It was partially my fault because I forgot to mention it until I came to pick the car up.
Mark was a wonderful service person. He understood the problem and was friendly and helpful. He even went above and beyond figuring out that Mazda would repair this with no cost other than a warranty fee. Saved me quite a bit of money! I would definitely try to deal with Mark again.
Polite- kept me updated - good info of what needed work now as opposed to watch for the next month or so
Mike is courteous and knowledgeable about what he is doing. He patiently explained to me about what the service would include and the approximate length of time for the service.
Jeremy was great very helpful and knowledgeable he is highly recommended.

I took my car for oil change they did some inspections and they told me the drive belt needed to be change but they said i could drive it that it was ok i left mazda and it was making a loud noise I thought cuz it was checked i drove the car today and that noise its still there and when i told the girl her answer was well if they told u that u need to change belt maybe that’s the noise. Whe i took the car in it wasn’t making any noise the manager hasnt called me now im just waiting for mark to call me also i give a ride to my friend to work she is pregnant and i also work with kids if i get into an accident mazda will be responsible
