Austin was fantastic! She was very friendly, professional and attentive to our needs. She confirmed that we had extended care coverage from an out of state dealership and got our 60,000 mile service covered. She got us rides to and from a local restaurant so we could have breakfast while we waited for our car. She is a great representative of your dealership!

Elmer and his techs solved the issue of the vehicle failing to start. No error codes showed on the scanner. The vehicle had the same issue in July, but had an error code which lead to the replace of the oil exhaust valve switch. What I was not happy when asked if I had an appointment and felt unwelcomed when I arrived. Vehicles malfunction and I cannot predict when it will occur. I was fortunate enough that the vehicle started and cancelled the tow service.

Shane is always making sure my car is serviced to keep me from having problems while on the road. He makes recommendations and suggest areas of concern. He has pretty much advised me since I have had the car. He is a big part of why I feel Roseville Toyota is the place I want to service my car.

Molly took time to help us install phone and learn how to open back door with foot. Still learning about new car. We travel 2 1/2 hours each way to buy from Roseville Toyota and get all service thanks to all staff. Even dog friendly and complimentary coffee. Again thanks so much Shelly and Roy
