I had to wait a long time for my service. I had an appointment that turned Into over a 2 hour wait. Also to just patch a tire. They also never cleaned my tire after they marked it with yellow ink. My inside if the car arm rest has dirt or this oil substance on it. I called them next day to and spoke to the gentleman who I had checked me in. Did not say sorry , he said we can try to get the tire clean but it does go away . I’m still driving with it on .. and I did expressed to him that I have been coming here for 15 years and never had service like this with Toyota. Really was disappointed and frustrated.
Onus was very friendly and helpful and was able to help me with some of my concerns on my vehicle.

I just wished my services went by the mileage not the by a certain dated... i have to come in 3,000 mile to early because the date and mileage didnt match up.
The whole experience was very good. From the gentleman checking in nd giving the tag, next the lady then Kyle and the technician that worked on my car contacting me when needed.

I have been told that my oil will be changed but, it wasn't. Also, I asked to install my permanent license plate on..guess what? didn't happen..no, I'm not happy with the service! I will never recommend to anyone.
