As a decades long owner of three Toyota vehicles I appreciate the professionalism and great customer service I always receive from Kyle Schumacher. He explains everything to me when I drop my vehicles off and keeps me informed during the entire process. As a retired Customer Service Manager I recognize what a great asset an employee like Kyle is and I hope Roseville Toyota recognizes it also. I live an hour and a half away from the dealership and my vehicle was not properly cleaned prior to installing the llumar. The price of the installment is plenty to still have to deal with the gas back and forth and also to replace the gas of the rental car. My llumar is bubbling the day after picking it up keeping in mind it’s dirt from the truck not being properly cleaned. Having to take the truck back to get this fixed is making me spend my money twice.
Austin was amazing. She is knowledgeable and explained everything about our car. In addition she told us how to fix the low tire pressure light on our other Camry. Thank You.
