The rep that was assigned to me never showed up even after he was called over the speaker so another gentleman helped me out. When I came back to pick up my car the rep that was supposed to help me wasn’t at his desk again so the same gentleman helped me out who helped me from the drop off.

I have a clear electrical problem in my vehicle and the service tech told me it was undiagnosable and they wouldn’t investigate it.
Expected 1 hr per recall notice. Turned into 4. Yellow box checked for cabin and air filter. BS. I changed them after you flagged it last visit. Repair sheet doesn’t show oil changed. New sticker on window shows new date/mileage for change. What happened?
