Your cost for the 30,000 mile service was absolutely ludicrous. This vehicle is a 2019 and we just hit 33,000 miles on it and the dashboard leather material is peeling up. Your rep said there was nothing you would do and would not cover it under any warranty. We are on our own to repair it aside from you giving us a referral. It’s apparent that Toyota quality is going down and Toyota service is going down as well. We are very disappointed.

When the light kept on for tire pressure, I took it back to Shane, they checked it out and gave the reason that because it had not been driven much in the past year, the sensor would activate to normal after being driven some. That is exactly what happened. I’m a happy customer.
