This service visit was completed in haste. No commitment to quality. Didn’t bother to reset my oil indicator light. Also didn’t bother to note the bulb needing replacement on my multi point inspection (it’s been out since my last inspection failed to catch it in Folsom.) Lastly, the glove box hinge wasn’t replaced properly for slow release after declining cabin filter replacement. Overall, haste makes waste. This technician working on the vehicle didn’t care to complete this job. Just to get the keys back to the advisor.

Roseville Toyota has taken excellent care of my vehicle for many years.
My mother took her Van to get service at Toyota in Roseville and they took her to Cory Lunsford. He was explaining to her what the service the van needed but she told him she didn’t speak English really well that she needed someone who can speak Spanish. He said they didn’t have anyone and didn’t even try to look for someone. He just kept talking and asking her if yes or no about the service know well she didn’t understand. Which I think it’s really disrespectful and awful having someone that doesn’t want to help out a customer.
