I already expressed my frustrations with the addition of paid products by Roseville Toyota to 75,000 mile service that I was expecting be covered by the last of my prepaid service. I would have caught these had I not been paying for an oil change separately and if the costs of each part of the service had been broken out, instead of lumped together in the estimate. I do NOT want to be contacted. We are instead choosing to take our business elsewhere.

It is very hard to be satisfied with a service that was being done over because it was done bad the first time. Not only was my car damaged with a chipped windshield the first visit but the Llumar looked horrible. Second visit Llumar was to be replaced. Still looks horrible but I got 4 added scratched, one the size of the drivers door and swirl marks from someone polishing my truck. Keep in mind it just had Cilajet so completely destroyed that. Brand new black 4runner that now looks like garbage.

The button for hanging up cell on navigation screen still doesn't work properly and I was told that it was fixed. Not the case at all which means I have to make another appointment and come back.

Tis the season for giving Toyota! Mikes amazing ???????? He definitely deserves a raise???? Or at the minimum a Christmas bonus ???? Or maybe some extra vacation time ????Don’t disappoint a loyal customer Toyota, I’ll be asking him next time I’m there ????

Alex was great! He did no wrong, just was confused if the service employees noticed anything wrong with the drivers side tire (by the driver) because the tire pressure was low again. Alex did amazing and he contacted me to go back in asap.

I will only book appointments with Shane. He is competent, friendly and I trust him completely. Best service advisor I have ever had and I have been bringing cars in for service for over 50 years!
