I was told be the person who made the appointment that my full synthetic oil change would cost $81. Upon arrival I was presented with an estimate of $128. I was upcharged without my knowledge $30 for tire rotation.
I declined the tire rotation and was charged $92 for the oil change. I called the Toyota service while I was waiting and they confirmed that the oil change was $81. When I asked the advisor I was told, “that’s just what popped up”
