It took awhile but Chris put the top guy on the problem with my tire.
I was very disappointed with the wait tome. I made an appt 2 weeks before. I had over a 2 hr wait time.
He was very willing to help me set up my Toyota care however, I was not able to access my email.

No big deal, but, I was told that my tire pressure was inflated to offset the low pressure due to the cold weather, it definitely was not. Not sure if the service advisor told me “yes it was”, without actually knowing, or If the mechanic failed to do so and the service advisor was telling me information based on what he believed to be true. Anyhow, like I said not a huge deal. Other than that, he was probably one of the better service advisors I’ve met over there. He seemed down to earth, hardworking and willing to help/ answer any questions I had. Would recommend him to my friends and family for the service needs.

Our service rep, Mike, was fine. Very personable and helpful.
However, drove in at 8 am and watched 4 cars after me get attention and processed before me. No one was aware car arrivals. Very frustrating. Mike called at noon to get approval for work needed. I gave him the go ahead right away. He said car should be ready by around 4:30 but he would call. He called at 5 and said car would be ready by 6. Arrived at 6 and not ready. We were the last service customers there. Not happy with the length of time.I think my car sat untouched during day.
Michael North has always been very good with all my vehicles and is always informative about the status of my vehicles and issues with them and recommending repairs.
I highly recommend him as a service advisor.
