I'm getting ready to go on a trip to California coast and was concerned about my tire pressure. Even though I came in with no appointment your service team was very courteous and understanding about my concerns. I had my dog with me but that was no problem. While we waited I was treated with a beverage and sat in the very comfortable waiting room. Received the text from Molly that my car was ready and went to meet her. When I got there I couldn’t find my cell phone. Molly immediately left to return to the waiting room and retrieved it for me. I’ve always been happy with your service department but believe Molly went above and beyond all expectations. When it’s finally time to retire my 2013 Prius c, which for now looks like we’ll into the future I’ll return to Roseville Toyota! Thanks again!!

The guy who checked me in tried to tell me I needed spark plugs even though I got them at my last service. He’s a scammer and now I won’t be using the Roseville dealership for my services. Toyota has the worst employees.
