The only thing I don't like I have problems with a car with a radio and some of the things is happening in the new car and I asked the service person if they can check it for me this I had to make another appointment that's very inconvenience when a car Is in the dealer they can transfer it to another place and it's a done deal that's the only problem I have

My car alerted me that I needed an oil change at 5000 miles but apparently with the new vehicles it’s not necessary to do until 10,000. So I ended up spending 2 hours to get my tires rotated. It’d be great if the alerts were scheduled along with the maintenance suggestion. Now I know. Also I had a vehicle alert that I had asked if they could take a look at. Apparently if you schedule a oil change that’s all they can do. The gentleman helping me did ask the technician to take a look which I appreciate since apparently they can’t do that (which seems silly why make another appointment) They apparently looked and couldn’t find the alert. The alert is pretty clear on the dashboard under the alerts. So now I’m back to needing to schedule another visit. The process just doesn’t feel time efficient from my perspective.

Omid had Excellent customer service skills and answered all of my questions. I just bought a brand new 2022 Toyota Corolla over the weekend and asked him about window tinting and other accessories that I want to purchase for my new car. Overall rating 5/5 stars. Thank you for your help.
