Payton and Conor took excellent care of us today; as they have numerous times in the past. When either of them is out-of-the-office, the other immediately takes over and supports our needs. Hopefully your maintenance technician, who actually completed the servicing of our Highlander did as equal a great job as your two service advisors did. They certainly are great representatives of your organization.

Drive to 3 toyota dealerships within the Sacramento region with all stating "they can't take walk-ins" although they all where barely open. Decided to drive up to Roseville from Elk Grove and they were able to get my car done within an hour and half. Will definitely will make the drive back up to Roseville for another oil change

1) Had to wait in cafe for THREE HOURS when told it would take 1.5 hours. 2) Upselling pressure by service advisor was too much! 3) Did not feel like Service Advisor was honest or trustworthy.
