I waited 2 1/2 hours because my brakes that Toyota replaced were squeaking. They said that they are not making any noise after the long wait which was fine but they’re still squeaking. Big waste of time.

When the technicians re-mounted the spare tire under the backside of the SUV, it was not fully fastened down. I noticed squeaking near the back when driving back from the dealership last night and today found that the spare tire was rocking heavily from the mount. I would like this to be fixed right away.
Kyle was excellent, he listen about the problem I had with the car besides the maintenance, he will be my person to go to from now on
He did his job professionally.
