5hours for an oil change and wheel rotation . Plus 95 dollar charge to check for a squeak which turned out to be a lose spare tire that had not been touched since we bought the car. Way to long of a wait time plus handed the valet my ticket to pick up car and she was chatting with fellow worker about buying a new car for herself and did not send for my car . Had to ask another valet to get my car after waiting for a half hour.
I waited for over 15 min to get my car. Then they brought the wrong car. Some how the keys got mixed up. I came in for service as it turned out I didn’t need an oil change. But I needed several bulbs changed. Need less to say it took over a hour and a half just to change several bulbs. With all the back and forth I ended up spending over two hours for a bulb change.
This was my worst experience at this dealership.
