Only thing if your going to do an expensive cleaning you shouldn’t leave water streaks on back window. Poor form for a detail job.

I had an appointment for an oil change. It took 90 minutes to complete which I felt was too long. I probably won't return for future oil changes due to the wait.
We live further up past Auburn but we prefer to come down to Roseville Toyota because the service is so much better! Thanks

Rachel Marie is the best. Courteous, helpful and professional. She is the highlight of my drive down there. No one has prettier hair and more sparkling eyes. Give that girl a raise for being so nice to work with.
Michael did a great job on communicating with me and i was happy with his service. However The car should have been cleaned prior to my picking it up. It had what appeared to be pitting damage to the front bumper but it turned out to be either paint or cement and fortunately it came off but not before it stressed me out. Also greasy finger prints on car. I think it would go a long way to show respect for someone’s car. It might mean a future sale.

Your valet service was horrible. Especially the supervisor, I believe her name was Karen. Long story short, checked me in and never gave my key to a valet to bring my car around. After 3 other customers had their cars brought up, I turned to the new guy sitting there and asked what was going on. He made sure I was checked in and the turned to his supervisor who was BS’ing with another coworker about his beard, and told her this was the 3rd time today and she shrugged her shoulders and said oh well. This is completely terrible customer service.
