Kyle was so friendly and answered all of our questions. No complaints at all about Kyle. When I got my car back though the air conditioner had been turned down from 71 to 60 and my radio station had been changed to AM Football (it was a Sunday). I don’t know why someone needed to be in my car long enough to turn the air down and changed the radio station. If they did change it, it should be back to where I left it before returning the car to me. Seemed unprofessional.

Derek was very helpful and answered my questions. All Toyota employees in Service Department were friendly.
After returning home I pop’d the hood, noticed the brake fluid was low by almost 1 inch or 1/3.. paperwork checked is was good. It is not good.
Checked engine oil after cool on level surface, it’s significantly over filled, more than 1/2” over the full indicator mark.

Helpful in understanding my needs to keep my Prius 5 in top working state. Excellent help in describing when I need to change my tires and most helpfull in maintenance of my car: i am impressed with reasonable rates and discounrs for being a senior. However disappointed i the management pilicy wirh regards to not offering discount for Veteran’s. What the matter with you. No appreciation for our willingness to put our life on the line for the liberty and Democracy in our nation. It is your choice.
