Kyle was very respectful and consistently communicated with me about what my car needed. I appreciated his patience, since I was unfamiliar with the parts that had been damaged, and he did what he could to help me work with my insurance. I don't live near Roseville but I would go back to Roseville Toyota for their excellent service.

Since Mike North is not in the office, his partner Shane, took great care of my service needs. I trust these guys, and wouldnt bring my vehicle anywhere else, because Shane and Mike are awesome!It is a great feeling knowing i can trust these guys. I dont have much money as a single dad, so it is comforting knowing that Roseville Toyota staff is keeping my son and i on the road. I dont have time to worry if people are taking advantage of me, like a lot of shops do. So again, Shane did and always does an amazing job

Elmer was very professional and helpful in trying to resolve the issue. He took the time to listen to us explain what was happening with our navigation screen. He coordinated with Toyota and his techs to try and solve the issue.

Austin is great! I have never been disappointed with her service. Yesterday I had an appointment at 2:30 but I actually was down in Roseville much earlier than I had planned so I gave her a call and she was able to get me in at a much earlier time and get my car done within an hour. Always wonderful service!

I scheduled my service using your website requesting both oil change and tire rotation. When I arrived Kyle entered my information and suggested some additional maintenance by done on my vehicle, which I declined. I signed the documents he had prepared and went to the waiting area. When I was notified my vehicle was ready I returned to Kyle and prepared to pay for the oil change he advised me there was no charge for the tire rotation and the oil had not been changed because it was not due yet. He offered to have the oil changed however it was going to take another hour. I left and then returned and asked if my vehicle could be placed ahead of other vehicles since he had not scheduled my oil change as I had requested. He said my vehicle was not due for an oil change and I had not scheduled an oil change to which I replied I had done so on line he said his system did not indicate I had. Since I live in Dixon I decided to cancel the oil change rather then spend another hour at your dealership and fight traffic going home. The confirmation number for my scheduled C07B2TE3X3
