Everything was good but they forgot to change back window wiper blade and I asked to change all wiper blade that need replacement, did not paid attention at the shop.
I went in for an oil change and general maintenance. Paul told me it would e an hour, maybe more. While in the waiting room, I heard a couple of people wondering why they were waiting so long.
Without going into all the details of my wait, I was there for THREE hours!!! Paul did not charge me for the service, apologizing for the wait! When my van was ready I went to get my keys and wait for the van to be brought around. Imagine my surprise when I saw it parked in front! Who knows how long it had been there! Upon opening the door, I saw the floor cover and seat cover still in there!!! I took the items to the “ key” area and loudly stated that this was the worst experience ever!! This was in front of several customers! I may or may not ever go back to Roseville Toyota!!! Fix your problem please!!!
I was disappointed when they brought my car to me and it had not been cleaned. I was always used to having my car returned to me both serviced and shiny from Elk Grove Toyota.
I got stranded in a busy intersection because the tech who changed my oil didn’t tighten the hoses. So it was bucking and bolting and finally died in the middle of the busy intersection.
This was prop the wk done the day before when they changed my oil.
Today it was brake job which was good.
Kyle was very friendly, courteous, and helpful. That is SO appreciated in a world filled with lots of angry people!????????
