Michael was great! What I am dissatisfied with is that I had to call 4 different times to get this recall done! Each time I was told I had to wait for parts to come and they would call me back to schedule service when parts arrived.
I talked to Michael in August and he was the first person to assure me parts would arrive, but still no call. I called 2 weeks later and they again gave me the runaround of having to order parts.
Then I got a call saying the VIN they used was wrong so that's why it was delayed.
Michael got wind of this and apologized for the confusion, said my parts were already in and already scheduled me.
Michael is great! Everyone else at your parts and service departments seem to be freaking clueless. A safety recall should not take 5 months to get done!

I was satisfy. I’m very concerned about the recall in my car and no part yet to fix the problem. I’m driving my car hesitantly not knowing if it will stahl and it can cause an accident. Alex Lindsey checked on it and was told they don’t have the replacement part for. Maybe before the year is over. I’m very upset about it. I hope this problem can be solve soon. Thank you.
Car now has a problem, a very bad rattle, that it did not have when I brought car in. I made appt and drove car back but since you dont have enough rental cars I had to drive home and drive back (third time) tomorrow. I dont live close and this is a great hassle for me.
