I was very satisfied with the experience I had today at Roseville Toyota. Omid was quite helpful in explaining the maintenance I needed to keep my car running well.
I was told to move my oil change back because when I was supposed to bring it in for a free change I only had 500 miles since my last one so I moved it back a few months. So wheen I brought nit in for two recalls you guys want to charge me for a change. . How cheep can you people be. When I bought the damn truck they even talked me into a expensive extended warranty which I really didn’t want and now this. We’ll I’m done with ever buying a Toyota again. We’ll at least one from you guys anyway.

Thank you Mike! I recently had new tires purchased from another Toyota dealership for my daughter's yaris. We drove to Roseville to go to the mall. When we arrived at the mall the tire pressure light came on. We were a little over an hr away from home. I stopped by Roseville Toyota to see if they could see why the tire pressure light came on. Mike handled the service and identified that the TPS needed to be reset and that the tires were fine. Our wait was very brief. We didn't have an appt and it was at the end if the day. I just want to say thank you for helping us out. My daughter is a new driver and that was her second experience driving on the freeway. We thank you for ensuring the vehicle was safe to drive.

I was told by M Qassim when purchasing this vehicle on 5/30/21 the scratches were “an easy fix” & your service dpt would take care of then. I have been to your place & discussed this with the salesman who assured me it would be taken care of. He took photos of the scratches and I did as well. They are just as bad as before bringing it to your service dept. I did wonder why you would offer this vehicle for $37,000. In this condition. I am very disgusted with this lack of service since I shopped there because of good customer service. Certainly not what I had expected from a reputable dealership. I intend to pursue this issue.

It is now 8:00 on sat night still no response said he would call me
We bought a 2015 new truck there plus platrminum service plan that has not served
No very unhappy and happy to share how bad the service was
