I was given a bad time about taking Lyft to Lincoln. Btw, where we live in Lincoln it is 11.2 miles. Really??? Also, the service wasn’t offered to me. I HAD TO ASK ABOUT IT! I didn’t appreciate the attitude of my service provider!!! He also said he hoped I could make arrangements back to pickup my car!!! Originally he told me I would need to wait in the lobby for several hours until They could look at my car.I realize I brought in as an emergency, with no prior appointment. When I enquirer about a shuttle to the mall he said they didn’t have one. When I called my husband at work to see if he could pick me up, that is when he told me about your Lyft service. My brother and our good friend own dealerships. They claim they make all their all their money in the service department.((Maybe the guy that helped me doesn’t like women or he was just having a bad day!) As s former Nordstrom manager I totally understand service. This isn’t the type I expect!!! We can take our business someplace else. We purchased our car at this dealership and we have always had great service. The last time when my husband brought our car in for service he was offered a ride to our home.and back. The gentleman couldn’t have been nicer and his experience was wonderful! This gentleman also made a note in our file that we can no longer be offered lift b/c it was beyond the 10 mile limit. My husband is very active in the Chamber of Lincoln and a past chamber president. He has also been very active and a past president of Lincoln Rotary. He also has his business in Roseville. Btw, we had to leave the car overnight!!! The mechanics did a wonderful job!!! You guy’s always ask for a “five star rating” You certainly didn’t earn it this time over his attitude about Lyft.

Derek was friendly and explained everything to me about my car and the upcoming 90k miles service. My car maintenance was performed in a timely manner while I waited in the comfy customer area.

I had an appointment at 8:30 I got there at 8:15 and by 1015 my vehicle hadn’t even been started to be worked on and I was only getting an oil change and routine maintenance I had no text message I had no phone call I sat and waited and waited and waited in the lobby I could’ve got home I could’ve been offered an Uber anything and I had nothing until I went to them to say it’s been two hours in my vehicle hasn’t even been started on I was very very very disappointed
