Was told oil change should take an hour. Didn’t get an update for over 2 hours at my initiation and didn’t get car for over 3 hours

You’re service people only did half the job they were supposed to do and obviously no one checked to see if the job was completed. I was supposed to get the chrome exhaust tips changed to black tips and when I picked it up it only has one black and one chrome!! I’m so disappointed, I just really don’t know what else to say. Getting this done was so inconvenient for me because you guys couldn’t get me in until 2 months after I bought it and that happened to also be my first day in a new office where I transferred for work. So to drop the car off at seven in the morning and then go pick it up at seven the next morning I had to be late to work on my first two days at my new job and then when I pick up my car the job isn’t even done. I get one day off a week and now I’m going to have to drive an hour to get to Roseville on my day off to sit there and have this fixed. Do you think I’m ever going to trust getting any other services here?
