I came in because my tire pressure dash light was illuminated. I requested a tire rotation as the only service for this visit. Valet brought my vehicle after waiting 90 minutes (with an appointment) for this simple service. As I was about to dive away I noticed the same dash light was still illuminated. The truck was retuned to the service bay. It seems they forgot to check the air in the attached spare tire. I am not impressed with the lack of attention to detail. How can I trust Toyota to do my brakes when needed. What will they overlook?

Check in was a complete disaster for the rental car. Rude associates and made me late for my next appointment by not providing the proper check in procedure. Then they decided it was appropriate to give me a dirty car.
