Since my oil change, there has been a burning smell coming from my car after I drive it. I think they made some kind of mistake because I was told they had to do an engine wash. Well, it didn't take care of the problem because I can still smell it and I see oil spots on my grill sometimes.

All your up front service employees should be like Brandon, that young lady Misty, does not treat me well, telling me they can’t look at my tires until 2:30 when it’s just 11:30 am, make an appointment with your Service Department to look at the anti Skid Monitor, take your truck to the collision repair to reattach tail gate. I was extremely upset with Misty but had to calm myself down to get these minor problems taken care of. I waited until Misty left then explained the same problems to Brandon and everything was fully taken care of within one hour.
Only place my family takes there vehicles for service. Always a good experience!

Customer service was very professional
My quick lube wasn’t started till one hour after my appointment time. They really took care of me though by not charging for my service. I would not continue to have my vehicle service though if they can’t stick close to appointment times

What I appreciated most about Brandon is that he was able to resolve our issue on our 2 week old Explorer. He could have easily said that the car would be seen on Monday, but he was solution focused and was able to get the issue solved. We had our car back the same day.
