I appreciate the detail that Matt and your service staff offer. Even though I wasn’t expecting the back brakes to be worn at 1.5 year’s of use, I am grateful that a thorough inspection found the problem, and the brakes could be replaced the same day.

I needed a ride from my work to pick up my car. They called for an Uber but they did not show up. I had to call the dealership 3 times. They called for a second Uber. It took them 30 minutes to pick me up and I was on my lunch hour standing outside in the heat waiting.

She was so very helpful in setting me up a appointment to come back since it was lunch time starting and going to be 4 hours until I could get seen. Even went as far as opening the door as I was leaving both times to help me with my stroller and other child.

I called kacey on Feb 24 , at 7:00 am but got her voicemail. I left a message due to the fact my cars left driver handle would not close. She called me back immediately and I got the car in . I love the service Ford has. I have a relationship with this Awsome employee. I love that she has been there for years and I know if I have a problem I can call her. Definitely makes for a great experience.
