Jim Burke Ford apparently does not know how many miles you can drive one of their cars for in order for the new car warranty to be good. We drove 9546 miles, nothing came up on the dash for miles left before an oil change is due. The car gave the app the information, it was 7 percent left. At 7 percent we decided to change the oil. From your people, these are some of their responses, I do not know if the car will show that the oil needs changed, change it at 7500 miles to be on the safe side of being under warranty and do not let it go 9546 miles even if the car shows you many more miles left and that if you do go beyond 7500 miles that warranty might not cover the problem. The lady from contracts that I was referred to tried telling me the same basic thing and I told her that why should I pay more often for oil changes to pad your pocket? 7500divided by 10000 miles is .786. She also stated as well as other employees that the percentage that the app has is not recorded. However the young man at quick service finally said it is recorded. That means you would be robbing me of an awe full lot of money over a lifetime of the car. I hope you can show me what you have done with informing personnel with the car needs oil changed b

Service was great, but just an FYI. They forgot to retrain my tire locations and I had to go back in and have them check it. Same thing happened on my last service trip as well.

Was told that the work should be done on a Wednesday and never received an update if the car would be done. Called the auto mall location on Wednesday and an associate in quicklime told me the car wasn’t in the shop and work order showed in progress. Didn’t receive any communication Thursday until I called around noon. Rudy Was able to help me get information and was a great help. The quick lane associate I talked to helped tremendously but I forget his name (around 5 pm). This whole experience has me contemplating selling the vehicle and getting a different brand.

He went out of his way and grabbed a technician to listen to a tap at sound which proved not to be an issue.
