Upon completion of my tire repair appointment and job listing removal from the notice board, I waited 20 minutes then had to inquire about my vehicle. Misty ignored me until I had to inquire if there was a problem. She then blamed the service technician for not giving her the job completion notice. I have never had a problem in the years of bringing my vehicle to Quick Lane under Matthew or Brandon; excellent customer service from these two young men. Misty made me feel like I was an inconvenience to her day- maybe because there was no charge for my tire repair.
In these uncertain times, it’s hard to get the service we need. Although I had to wait more than a week to have my Ford F-150 serviced, Brandon was exceptional in the service he provided. He made sure my appointment time was kept as well as he could and he delivered the service I expected. Thank you Brandon. Job well done.

My car is in the collision center and I received a text that it was done. I got a riide down there to pick it up and it’s not done. Good thing my ride had not left. Not happy.
Very complete and prompt service
The service visit was good. Ease of making an appointment was not. The problem I had could have easily have been a safety issue and I told them that. Clicking in steering wheel. Still took a week to get me in. I think any item that is possibly a safety issue should get in within 1 or 2 days at most. Even the other store wouldn’t take it in any sooner. As far as the service part, advisor etc. not a problem at all. Don’t penalize the advisor for the problem with your appointment scheduler. Did not feel safe driving the car for a week. Had to make do with 1 car for the 2 of us for a week.
My only complaint is them making me wait even though I had an appointment. They told me I was first up but then let others in ahead of me.

Certain employees were not wearing their face masks properly ie below there nose
