To me it should not take 2 hrs. To get a simple routine oil change. I scheduled an appointment for 10am and departed the dealer ship after 12 noon.

Although Gabriel handled the case very well, was very communicative , and went and immediately handled questioning the foreman, we ultimately were unable to diagnose the problem with car at this time.
