I waited too long and was not notified when the car was ready. I also asked for two valve cap stems that were missing on my tires from the last service and didn’t get them. Overall the service was fair.

Andres has given the absolute best service I’ve ever had here in the service department. He remembers my name when I walk in, is so respectful, and just seems like he is there to serve me. It makes me feel like I have someone in the service department I trust to take my vehicles to get serviced. Thank you Andres!

The problem with my vehicle was not solved. I have a 2019 pickup that will not start in the morning due to the batteries being dead. I took it to quicklane to diagnose the issue and I was told there is no problem they could identify. They suggested next time that I take it to the ford service shop for another evaluation. I traveled an hour to get to Ford and feel like my time was wasted. So I am left with having to jump start my 85k pickup every morning.

We were told the car would be done Monday. I got a call about 4:30 that the parts were not in and it would not be done until 9:00am the next day. At 9:15 I called and was told noon. When I called again, I was told 2:00. When I arrived I had to wait 30-45 minutes. I could have changed the brakes myself in 2 hours. Very disappointing service.

You noted the filter needed changed, why did you not change it. You noted brakes need looked at, why did someone not tell me so we could change them. I thing this was because it was the last free service. Jag
