They did take 1.5 hours to get my van back into the shop. My oil change was scheduled at 1:30pm and they took it back at approximately 2pm. They were not finished until 4:30. They were also trying to figure out why my light was not working so I am very understanding on what took so long once they got it back. They could have came out and told me it would be a 1.5 hour delay before they could get it in the shop. The staff were very nice & I feel they did a good job changing the oil and wipers.
