Great thorough service. Made an appointment and my car was done when stated it would be.
Everything went well. My appointment time was met. Andres was very professional.
I will be calling in the morning, later that night my car turned off twice while I was driving. Any time I was decelerating my vehicles rpm goes to 0 the battery and oil light turns on and the car shuts off. It is not drivable until I put it on park and turn it off and back on.

This isn't a reflection on the outstanding service by Misty and the Quick Lane team, but rather Ford itself. I am disappointed that I had to pay over $200 to have a part replaced that had already been replaced as part of a recall. Why is it my responsibility to pay for a replacement of a part that Ford decided they needed to replace as a safety measure because they failed to make it correctly in the first place? Very frustrating. At least Quick Lane is always a pleasant experience and Misty makes it as painless as possible.
