Didn’t get my car service. I had set my appointment at 11:30am. Arrived that day an hour early to drop of my car and they try to say my appointment is at 2pm. Didn’t like that my appointment got change. After I left I still got a massage to remind me to take my truck in for service. Felt like they are unorganized. Won’t be going back to the one downtown no more.
