When making the appointment over the phone a heads up on how long it might take. When I arrived to the appointment he said it could be up to 4 hours. I did not know that or aspect that.

Addi, in Sales, when he came to talk to me about the resale value of my 2009 Prius, was extremely rude. Unbeknownst to me, there was Structural Damage marked from 2011 on the Carfax report he ran. I had no idea about that. Addi acted as though I was trying to rip off Hansel Toyota in asking for the resale value. I was stunned when he told me “Structural Damage” and was confused. He was brusque and unkind—barely civil. I would never buy a car from him!

Jose was exceptionally kind to me that morning as I was completely shook up, having hit and killed a deer just before arriving at the service center. Hansel staff are always exceptionally helpful and courteous. I refer all of my friends to you forToyota sakes and service.
