It wasn’t that the service was not good. It was that everything was not ready. This is the second time that things did not work out as they were supposed to when I arrived at 9 AM. It turns out my tires were not there, even though I had been told that that was my appointment Time fortunately Jose was able to get them ordered and delivered and I still got my tires today

I was told maintenance would take an hour, but took 2.5 hours. It would have been nice if I had been updated after the hour, since I was waiting there for it.
