John was not only providing excellent customer service but expressed understanding about my concerns and had them resolved! John is a phenomenal employee and deserves the upmost respect! Also a raise! As long as he’s working there! I know my car is in good hands.

When the car was drop off In the morning I was thinking I was getting my car back that same day no one told me Inwas getting my car back till the next day .And that was a problem because ai was left with out a car and I had to work .They didnt say anything to be or offer a rental .Witch that was the right thing to do .Also the next day I couple and left couple messages to dennise to check status on my car and she never got back at me .After all I was not satifisted withbthe customer service .
I had to wait a while although I had an appointment, otherwise it was friendly, and easy.

I wasn’t explained what was done to my car or why some options of service were being thrown at me. Instead I got sent a text with an optional receipt of selected items through text I tried to call and didn’t get an answer to discuss this with my advisor and then after waiting all day I show up before you guys closed and she’s gone and my car is outside waiting for me. She didn’t even hand me off to someone else to follow up and make sure my car is done and she apparently had left 2 hours before I showed up without letting me know to pick up my car or make sure I knew it was done. My worst experience so far since switching from mossy Toyota to here. I only switched because it’s closer but after this I’m considering taking both my cars back to mossy.

Way over priced. Every time I go in there you tell me I need a new battery. I e looked online and have not been pleased with reviews about your service. I’ve researched online and discovered that the costs for Maintenance of a 2007 Corolla annually are way under what I’m getting g charged. Something stinks at a norm Reeves service.
