I was quoted $930 when arriving. I said I had received a coupon in the mail but had forgotten it. He said he would try to do something. The total price was $848.24. He did give me a discount. Upon returning home I looked at the coupon it says $779 receive $75 off. I don’t understand the discrepancy in prices?

John always provides me with exceptional service whenever I bring in my 3 Infiniti vehicles (Q50,G37,QX56). This is the first time I had done an insurance claim for repair and I must say I had such hassle with insurance company. John was prompt to reach out to them and kept me updated every step of the way on trying to resolve delays on insurance companies part. He continuously kept following up on my behalf to make sure repair was done as quick as possible because customer service is of high priority to him. Just stellar employee. Thanks again John!
