When I’m driving after service there is big engine sound om bomnet side.
I tries to look into the bonnet.. airfilter box remains openned.. not locked correctly.
I think texhnician didnt locl correctly after inspection. So disappointed.

I paid for Diagnostic service but when I received my vehicle I read that I have an oil leak an needs diagnostic to see what’s going on .. why did I pay for that and you working in the same area .. never received an phone call stating they found an oil leak .. very disappointed in infinity service department
Waited over 2 hours. My car was ready and nobody notified me until I reached out to someone. If not would of waited even longer and I had an appt. Makes no sense to have appt and wait so long still.
Need a overall check list on car . after stolen..not completed...not satisfied to secure a safe ride. Just a thank you! I walked to car in lot.No curve. the worse service ever
