I am not interested in being contacted. I was a bit bothered that the service tech continued repeating I needed to complete a brake flush after I informed him that I payed to have that service completed during my previous visit. I didn’t appreciate that upon receipt of my vehicle, a maintenance reminder sticker was not placed on my windshield. At this time, I have to figure out when my next service is due. I attempted to check using the system in my vehicle but I don’t see any reminders programmed.

Service person kept our wheel lock key. We have tried to get ahold of Arcee 3 times. No response . Just trying to get thru to leave him a message took 12 min. And 20 min to just get to an operator.

Ramiro was a great advisor. He took care of my car and offered me a Lyft ride to the mall and back. Everything was taken care of through warranty. Looks like I won't be going to any other dealer for service work. Thanks guys!
