My advisor Edwin Rivas was a pleasure to work with on my visit last week. I needed over $2,000 worth of work done and he explained everything to me in great detail where I could understand it and made sure I was getting the best possible price. Please know that Edwin represented your service Dept very well with his in depth knowledge and professionalism. Great customer service is not easy to come by these days so I greatly appreciated his service.
Very disappointed in my service of my Q-70L as it took over a week to get my cruise control fixed. The service rep Arcee didn’t call me and keep me posted unless I called him. He never answered the phone and it always went to voicemail. He called me at 8 am Sat and woke me up and promised to call me back at noon and he didn’t. On Monday my car was finally ready. To add insult the car was dirty as it has been sitting out for a week. It’s the first time ever you haven’t washed my car. I’m very disappointed.
