On my summary of my service he said that I refused some services which they put on the paperwork when they finished I feel they should’ve asked me if I wanted the work done of the concerns that they had but they did not

When I went in for my service the advisor asked me what were my concerns with my car. I told him I was there to get my front brakes changed and to fill my fluids and change my key battery. When I picked up the car I was rushed so any problem I saw after I didn’t have a chance to tell the advisor because he was gone. I turned on my car and drove off the lot and I saw on my dashboard that my washer fluid was still low after I specifically told him to fill it up. I decided to go back even though it was a little passed closing time I figured there would still be someone there. And there was another advisor who I told to please fill up my fluids because that’s specifically what I told the other advisor. He gave the porter 2 water bottles and asked me to pop my hood open. If they were going to fill my washer fluid with water I could do that myself. I spend so much money at Cerritos Infiniti service to have someone use some water bottles to fill it up. I told him not to do anything and to close my hood. This is the first time I experience horrible customer service from Cerritos Infiniti... the moment I picked up my car and got my key to me having to go back and figure out why they didn’t do what I asked them to you could absolutely tell that everything was rushed.
A+++ always taking good care of my car. Good communicator and excellent customer service.
