Edwin was great. Friendly and kept me updated through the process. Got me a Lyft so that I’m not waiting in the lounge for 2 hours. Thank You Edwin for all the help and for explaining everything in detail!

My representative was great, scheduling was easy and the service was satisfactory, but I found the new location quite uncomfortable. I have also experienced a notable increase in price over the last few years. I have brought my car to the dealership for service all these years due to your competitive pricing and frequent service specials, but at this point, it really doesn't appear to be as much of a value.

This was the second worst experience that I’ve ever experienced! The worst was the first time they serviced (installing running board after I purchased the vehicle from them). They dropped me and my wife at the mall while waiting for the simple service. My car was ready around 11 am,. I’ve told them that I’ll be ready to be picked up after lunch. At noon, I called Eddie (my service advisor) to have someone pick us up. I waited 30 minutes, then called Eddie back to see if anybody is coming. He said he will send someone right away. At 1pm, I called back to complain that nobody was here to pick us up. Eddie said he will come. Finally around 2pm, driver came to pick us up! Totally unacceptable!! I’ll never do business with this company again!!!! The WORST customer service ever! Yes, they waived $80 service fee…WOW

Archer was great to work with, he communicated very well. He is knowledgeable about the issue I had with my vehicle and gave an accurate assessment of how long it would take to fix. He also made sure I had a ride back home and back to the service center exactly when he said he would. I appreciate the work Arcee did for me

John Yarber is the most competent, knowledgeable and honest Service Writer i know. I've been driving for 60 years and owned 20 Infiniti's and wouldn't trust anyone other service person like I trust John Yarber.
