Service advisor was not answering at all. Was not able to reach out at all after the service. It seems like to sends only an automatic message. Called multiple times but never received return calls. I waited more than a week to fill out this survey.
Arcee did a great job in handling the process to have my car serviced. He explained what the service was to include. There was a nail in one of my tires and he got it taken care of. Great job. Thank you Arcee

John’s service was exceptional John always goes above and beyond to ensure the service I request is completed in a timely professional manner.
Here’s my story.
I took my car in for normal maintenance (oil and filter change). And I asked the service rep Ramiro could they tighten the trunk latch because is was very loose and he said no problem.
Well I was notified (saying that my car was done and washed, which was not the case because they told me earlier the car wash wasn’t working) 45 minutes later that my car was done (rather then the 1-1/2 hour estimates). So I was pleased with that. When I went to pick up my vehicle and Ramiro said they did the best with tightening the latch but there was the cable in the way. So I said ok that they did the best they could. Anyway after I got home I needed to get in the trunk and i noticed the latch was still very loose. So I thought I would take a look at it myself and undid all the latches on the trunk liner (there were a lot) and when I flipped a plastic piece covering the bolts, they were easily accessed so I tightened them myself with a wrench.
So I called and talked to Ramiro about the situation, he took my number and said he would talk to the manager and tech, and no one ever called me back on it.

The only thing that was wrong is I didn't get my free car wash but Edgar he's so awesome polite always giving me good customer service every time I come in and making sure my experience has always good there
