Ramiro **** provided the best service he could, so my dissatisfaction does not fall on him. This was my first time at the new location and it wasn’t a good first impression. When I arrived for my appointment it took about 15 minutes for someone to check me in. However, one young man (I do not recall his name, but he was one of the porters for the day) kept coming back to check whether or not I had been helped. Once checked in I asked to be dropped off at a nearby restaurant so that I could enjoy brunch while I waited the 90 minutes for my car to be serviced. I received a call at 12:58 in which I was told my car was ready and that someone would be on their way to pick me up soon and that they would call when they were on their way. I waited about 30 minutes and hadn’t heard from anyone, so I called the service department to inquire about what was going on. I was told that an email would be sent to Ramiro since he was not able to be reached by phone. Around 1:40 I received a call and was told that my shuttle would arrive in 10 minutes. Once back at the dealership I told Ramiro about my experience and he apologized for that and the fact that the car wash was broken.
Each person that I interacted with was professional and polite, but the experience beyond that was not pleasant. I had to call the service department to check on the status of the shuttle and it took an hour for me to be picked up from a location that was less than 15 minutes away. At one point, I considered getting a Lyft or Uber back to the dealership.
The process ran so smoothly at the old location, so I am hoping that will be true for this location the next time I come in to get my car serviced.

Not necessary to contact. Edwin was great. I was just more disappointed with the esthetic of the new facility (not as nice,) and the wait on getting a ride back to home while my car was being serviced. The wait was 20 min. Although it’s nice to provide a Lyft, the wait time while having kids at home was a bit overly long. Same with the way back. Uber is a lot faster. In the past, complimentary cars were provided which was a very nice perk with Infiniti. I love Infiniti as a company. I just would hate the standard to drop.
